An excellent mom & pop place . The owner/chef Ralph is a exceptional host . This is a must try place very reasonable prices and BYB . I had chicken & rice which wasn't even on the menu that he made special order . The coconut flan is unbelievable !! A must try !

The owner was there on my visit. He exudes an incredible passion for his craft. A really, really friendly man. I highly recommend this place. The "pernil" (roasted pulled pork) was perfectly seasoned! It had an essence of red wine with the perfect amount of Cuban seasonings. The "congri" (black rice) is the best I've ever tasted! And, the prices are reasonable! The owner gave me a taste of ropa vieja over tostones (shredded beef in sauce over fried green plaintains). Delicious! Go to this place, you won't be disappointed.

Coming from Hudson County I know I've been spoiled. But this was disappointing. The beans were salty and watery. After pouring them over the rice, the rice remained white! The steak was good and, despite the menu saying caramelized onions, I was glad it came with raw onions.

Cha Cha Cha .I love the food there. The Palomilla steak and onions with congri is awesome.. I eat here at least three times a week. Good servings and good prices.. I highly recommend it..

I came with my family for the first time to enjoy a meal. We had pass d by and read great reviews on it. When my order first came I ate some of the meat an then a few bites in the rest of the meal was COLD. So I informed the waitress an she took it back few mins later it was very hot. But on my way home my stomach began to hurt needless to say my family an I won’t be returning here. It was a complete waste because my stomach was upset the rest of the night. We came thinking because it’s a mom an pop restaurant it will be all freshly prepared I guess not because it seems it’s already made frozen or refrigerated and needs to be warmed up. For that we’d go to fast food for food like this. Very disappointed
