Clean with a great location. Rooms nice fresh and very clean. Elevator being installed that was the one downfall. We had a party of 10 with kids. Great place friendly service and very modern.
I used to come here before the renovation and I loved it. I was there last night I got room number 31 that smelt like mildew. They're obviously with water damage that they couldn't clean well I couldn't even sleep at night the smell was so disgusting. Also breakfast used to be free now you have to pay for it? Hell no. For the price of this Motel breakfast should be free and I shouldn't have to be smelling mildew. There also were not washcloths in the room. I had to call to have them delivered to the room. Again for the price of this please I shouldn't have to worry about any of these issues. The only reason I even gave it to stars is because the girl at the front desk Keyonna was very nice
Very nice and friendly staff. The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable and enjoyed the coffee. I would have given 5 stars however before I was about to leave I noticed what looked like pee stains on the sheets. Please fix that. I understand that stains happen but instead of still using the sheet, just use a different one for the room. For the amount we paid, we should have also been offered free breakfast or something.
NO ELEVATORS -_-. Ladies in the front desk was rude only 1 was being sweet and nice and willing to help. I asked for extra pillows and shampoo and they just looked at me bothered. I did have a do not disturb sign and the cleaning staff was loudly talking not letting me sleep and she still tried to open the door. Parking is very limited. Shuttle only takes you to train station and airport. Towel hanger wad broken and kept having to fix it. Other than that rooms were nicely decorated.
Very nice and modern. Friendly staff. Their normal conference room area is NOT wheelchair accessible but they were able to change a room that was. I didn't stay overnight but would highly consider it.
